What the Experience Includes

Guests will enjoy a 50-minute communal sauna session, shared with a small group, allowing space for both quiet reflection and gentle connection. The sauna is heated traditionally using a wood-fired stove, creating a soft, enveloping heat that builds gradually and encourages relaxation rather than rush.

Water is poured over hot stones to create löyly - the signature Finnish steam that deepens the heat and enhances circulation. Guests are welcome to cycle between sauna and fresh air or cold water immersion (where available), following their own comfort and rhythm.
