Step into nature and discover the raw beauty of the Adelaide Hills with our Wild Sauna Experience. Nestled on a private property surrounded by towering gums, winter wattle, and birdsong, this pop-up sauna offers a chance to disconnect from the everyday and immerse yourself in a restorative, elemental ritual.

Bringing the authentic Finnish tradition into a wild Australian setting. Expect a beautifully simple set-up: a warm timber sauna, rustic outdoor seating, and views that stretch into the native landscape —this is sauna in its purest, most natural form.

What to expect:

•               The Salty Finn goodness - traditional sauna, the Finnish way.

•               A chance to cool off naturally between sauna rounds—fresh air or wild shower.

•               Space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with nature

This experience is about simplicity, presence, and the beauty of being outdoors. Come as you are, bring what you need to be comfortable, and let the Adelaide Hills do the rest. Please note, due to the pop-up nature of this event, there are minimal facilities onsite.

Booking is for 1 salty spot in our communal sauna with a max of 5 salty guests.

The 50 minute session includes time for changing however, the change area is small, so it's best you come prepared to jump right in. Wear your swimwear and bring water a small towel to sit on in the sauna, and a bigger towel to dry off after you have finished.
